5. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Your monthly subscription payment begins five (5) days after purchase and recurs monthly until canceled.

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing connect@withclara.co.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any reason.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software provided by With Clara are owned by With Clara, LLC, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our Services without our written permission.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
